COURSE OVERVIEW

The Prophet’s (peace be upon him) life is full of gems that shine brightly. These are lessons that, if learned and applied, can bring us closer to the character of our beloved Prophet, whose character has been described as magnificent.

{وَإِنَّكَ لَعَلى خُلُقٍ عَظِيمٍ}

{And very truly, you are of great moral character}.

“It is the Qur’anic ethics,” says Al-Hassan Al-Basry.

We learn how to embody the ethics of the Qur’an in our lives by studying and reflecting on the Prophet’s (pbuh) life, thus taking him as our teacher and role model.

{لَّقَدْ كَانَ لَكُمْ فِى رَسُولِ ٱللَّهِ أُسْوَةٌ حَسَنَةٌ}

{Most surely, there has always been an excellent role model for you in the Messenger of Allah…}

We will learn lessons from the Seerah (Biography of the Prophet) prior to revelation in this series, reflecting on how Allah (swt) developed and prepared the Prophet (peace be upon him) from birth until the age of 40 to be the Chosen One, to carry the message of Islam and deliver it to all of humanity.
